  • Please note: It is recommended that your group arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled time to allow for check-in process
  • Waivers may and should be filled out online prior to your arrival. All waivers must be digital. No paper waivers will be allowed

  • Reservations can only be held 20 minutes past your scheduled start time. Groups showing up 20 minutes or later may be rescheduled or can choose to play as walk-ins.
  • Private parties/groups are estimated about 2.5 hours from your scheduled start time. After the estimated 2.5 hrs the group is welcome to continue playing as walk-ins.
  • Authorization forms are used to authorize LVPP to charge the card at a later time and are not charged any amount until the groups arrival ,check-out or at the no show of the scheduled arrival time.
  • Deposits will be applied at the groups arrival or check-out time. *Deposits are nonrefundable but may be rescheduled with adequate notice.
